Got very bad management, bad security. Bad everything lah. Staff very rude too. Idk if staff wanna work or not because how can staff be rude to customer??? Boss probably never check on the staff eh

i have bought HRV from Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Honda Old Klang Road) less than a year since Nov 2019, i have facing many time of battery problem even after went to service center to check, my HRV cannot start engine if i didn't drive it for 3 days, This happen to me again today. Honda HRV no more quality and hope this review can attract the top management read and tell us as your customer why Honda HRV quality so bad ? Your mission : to supplying products of the highest quality, yet at a reasonable price for worldwide customer satisfaction. But HRV quality totally out why no action taken to recall ???? Service after sales staff attitude also bad !!!! Look at the Honda group chat in Fb said Don't buy HRV !!! Regret to buy HRV just because the design

Very bad service and discrimination with one of Honda 3S centre - Syarikat Motor GS Tay. My father car was one of the cars involved in the recent recall exercise. However, due to the car was not purchase from this dealer, they didn't give any attention to our request and keep finding excuses. We registered online for appointment two times ( June and Sept 2020 ), the auto message showing that someone will be in contact with us for the appointment. To date, no even single call neither email received. In between, my father sent his car for periodical service and asked about the replacement part, they just told him no parts available, but up selling some other things to my father . Not sure what kind of service guidelines and standard Honda Malaysia has in place

Best place ❀.. loved it here.. the management in everything is so damn good. Safety staff the workers Everyone in team honda is so well behaved nd managed.just loved my 2 days stay here
