Went to service my car over there.. Staff was friendly and helpful...there's lounge area available incase you wanna wait till you're car is finish serviced.. Took about 3 hour for servicing.

Mileage only 69k but service under 110k , Had reverse sensor problem , then the service adviser told that its had anothers problem motor fan faulty so ask them to change to new one. After a few days driving, Notice some wiring came out from left side bumber where reverse sensor is located. Feel frustrated and had to send back to Honda Yong Meng to check/rectify. ?

Not happy with you service guyz. Left my car there for a claim of warranty... No update... No spare part... Reoccurring problem don't know if the service team are experienced. Please do something about these guyz won't look good on you guyz.

Was told it might take 2 to 3 days to check a problem but its been 4 days and when i called them..said it will be ready by 12 pm but after reaching here they told still have to wait!!

Serviced car here. Very careful communications on work to be done and costs. No surprises. Good enforcement of social distancing measures. No frills but also low cost. Service matches the place of the brand (Honda) in the auto industry.

I guess this Honda not under Honda Malaysia ? Honda Malaysia have no issue with Balance engine oil, but this dealer have their COMPANY POLICY that do not use customer balance engine oil, At the end of the service, they give me back the BALANCE OIL that I not able to use it for next service, they advised me to use at another car (they thought I have plenty of car at home ?) And you won't see their service Manager because they very busy not free to attend customer I thinking my extra oil can use to cook chicken, ?, ?

1. customer lounge was renovated few months ago,bigger place & sofa chairs.however, no newspapers provided. poor free wifi-only two bars wifi in my hp Note9. best is still provide hot drinks machine & tasty currypuff. d makcik always keep d place clean. 2. 9.10am asked receptionist for newspaper SinChew, her reply "may b late". on 12.45pm asked her again for d newspaper & same reply given from her. at d end,found SinChew & Tamil newspapers at d bar counter (not sure these newspapers were from Yong Meng or customer!?).. 3. female toilet is newly renovated, but pls pay attention n d detail of toilet bowl seat, it do not match-too small. 4. pls train ur technician:before handover car to customer,b sure to remove all unwanted things ie seat cover plastic....not for customer to remove for U. 5. appointment 8.30am, i came on 9am. promised by 11am can b done d car service. however still hv to wait til 1.10pm settled my payment...Usually, routine service will take 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
