★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given zero star if its possible. Extremely bad service!!! The car should have been cleaned and washed but its not. We found our new car condition with dusts, not well polished, and with little scratches here and there. Honestly, regretting much to have ordered the car from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad services, Long renovation without air-con, hot in showroom and waiting areas. Can’t make complaint to the dealer management. No improvement since I bought the car from this dealer. Already more than 1 year time, sound like customer can’t do anything. Compare to KL dealer services, this is super bad. KL dealers will arrange free shuttle for customers bring that to nearby shopping Center, free car wash etc. Here got nothing, if got other dealers sure I will go to the place. It sound like I shouldn’t buy Honda car and better go to Toyota. Toyota do ask customer feedback after service we did in the dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship and cause my car to breakdown on the road. replaced for my jazz gk gear box and technican not tighten the bolt properly with missing some of bolt. not recomended to service and maintanance at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Due to mco, customers are not allowed to wait inside the service centre. However, when my car is done service, no one call or inform even though already give contact number. I need to wait almost 4hrs. I only know my car is done service for the past 2 hrs after I come to the centre by myself. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my car under bad breakdown. I informed them I needed my car very urgently and the team still did their best to repair my car at upmost urgency. Appreciate their hard work to troubleshoot my car issue and having more room to improve on customer updating.
