★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Honda service centre. The best but too crowded. One n only in Seremban/Port Dickson/Senawang. The place is well maintain, the service is marvellous but took too much waiting even through appointment. 2 hours is minimal waiting.

- Salesman not bothered to welcome
- No test drive unit. Excuse was no car allocation to register for test drive. And this is the main showroom for Seremban.
- Display unit no battery. Unable to adjust the seat or see the interior lights of any sort.
- Couldn't see the boot space cuz no battery. If the salesman was interested he could have used the key to open but he was not interested anyway
- salesman didn't bother to explain the car or give brochure or even name card.
For a main showroom, it's unacceptable not to have a test drive unit of one of your main model. If you are not interested to entertain people coming to your showroom, just sell your cars online.

The waiting hall is spacious and clean, the staff that attended to me was quick to get things done.
The location of the sc is good, easily accessible, not a busy area.
The payment counter is like those money changer counters and the lady behind it means business, not friendly and doesn't put on a smile, is as though we owe her something..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with one of the sales advisor (Cherry Wong) with the new car purchase without physically visit a real car in their show room. Hassle free from booking, applying for financing till signing the final paperwork, the new car was delivered to the doorstep. It was the great car buying experience. Thanks to Cherry of being so helpful in the trade-in process, she were very responsive on every question and patiently tutor/ explanation on the new features, as well as the after sales service, she get to follow up and gave proper solution to her customer. Great job!
