Not really friendly when at the showroom, sales people gossipping rather than attending to customers...even though I was there to service car, does not mean I am not a potential customer. Careful as they observe strict lunch hour even at the reception... First-time seeing this in a Honda service center which usually goes on rotation. Walked out after spending 10 mins without any one attending to me.... Took a short drive to Botanic Automall to service my car without any issues during lunch hour.

Horrible showroom to visit if anyone intend to buy a car. There are staffs sitting and walking around but no one will serve or bother to ask if they can help. Thought of buying new Civic or City eRS hatchback but thanks to their lousy and low quality service. Better to choose other brand

Worst service centre I’ve come across..I sent my car for service here on 17/2/2022..in the report stated battery health is good 100%..today while I drove bck from Perak to Shah Alam (ALONE) I stopped at a R&R, after tht I couldn’t start my car..called for help and the highway technician said my battery is way to old and has 0 power..the last I changed my battery was in 2019 whn I serviced my car at Kuantan HonHin the technician thr adviced me to change my battery as it was almost dying..we trust our car with your expertise..some of us are not well versed whn it comes to car..we expect you to do a thorough inspection during service and inform us any short falls..if only ur technician did an honest job this event could have been avoided..this particular service costed me RM1013..unnecessary hassle for me. Imagine my car breaking down at night..yang tak boleh belah battery health 100%.. macam haram jadah..similarly whn u go to a doctor to do a blood test and the doctor tells u everything is normal and 2 weeks later u get diagnosed with diabetes..marah tak??!! Macam tu la!! Dnt fool us customers!! Kalau boleh nak bagi NO STAR AT ALL!! You dnt even deserve one star!

Great service, very polite and professional service representative. Customer lounge can be upgraded, with food for breakfast, newspaper and a view at the service area will be great. Hopefully the next time there will be a car wash. The honda touch apps do have problem as it was not link up to the system

Staffs here are not attentive at all. I went on a Monday morning with appointment, there were no other customers but staff just kept me waited for more than 45 mins and still haven got my car registered for servicing. Checked with the staffs twice but I was told to continue waiting. Did not get my car serviced in the end, very disappointed with the experiences here. 1 star for friendly security guard.

One of the most MOST USELESS Honda Service centre we have came too. Can't even give us an estimation time of completion for the service, no estimation of cost given and no inspection done at the time of handover. The counter staff didn't know how to handle customers and we were told to leave the car behind which we did at 10am and that they will call us once the service is done, however till 3pm there isn't any reply from them. We tried calling them all day long and no one is picking the calls. Better just close the branch as the space is so limited and services is hopeless.

The service centre is super friendly people. Service is excellent as technician will brief in details on parts change and reason for change. Not only the staff is friendly but the security is so friendly and helpful. Sales staff explaining car product and functionality of each car model. Am just feeling at home... ??????

The people there are very friendly as well as the security guard. The SC gave me a call to remind me for service. Furthermore, on the service day they never delay in doing the service. Overall everything seems to be good. Entrance space need to be improved since only 1 car can go in and out.
