Was told about availability slot due to another customer’s cancelled booking. Thes was offered to be slotted in and requested to come at 330pm as per slot cancelled earlier. But upon arrival and registration at the counter, was told that it will be as walk in basis and need to wait until all appointments are done. Lousy receptionist. Should have stated it clearly. If slot in and will be entertained as walk in basis, why should that customer arrived accoding to cancelled slot? Thank alot 3s kangar for wasting my time and petrol.

I bought new honda civic 1.8s from this dealer within 1 month of using it, there is faulty in indoor light that I need to sent for warranty repair. Before I bought the car, I specifically ask if I will get a relieve/replacement if my car sent for warranty repair and my agent say yes.And the car they gave me, old honda city, is such a wreck and unsafe. I voice out this issue, and the company said they don't provide it. This is totally BS. Before buy everything can and yes, after buy, nothing ? They claimed changing my in door light, and after few days of receiving the car, the problem occur again and wants me to left my car again for repair. And this time without relieve car. Even proton provide relieve car to their customer when repair. This is such time wasting. So guys, please find a good dealer before you buy a Honda car! Totally not recommended.
