Ask where the product,reply so bad and ask what product can join together with my waffle flour, answer is see byself in the packing waffle flour, your counter person only play with children bring byself.

โ โ โ โ โ Very BAD service and quality especially flour items. I had bought high protein flour on 23/6/2018 with expire date 31 Dec 2018. But today I plan to use the flour and only start open the packing. I found insect inside while doing filter. Then I direct go to the Honey Food Shop to showing and inform the staff and request exchange. They refuse my request with reason maybe is I kept too long. Although I have try to explain to them that this item is kept on dry, clean place and with not opened packing. Very disappointed that they never willing to study the issue but to blame customer.
I wonder is that responsibility of Honey Food Management to customer which you have input the expire date but your product found insect before expired with packing never being opened.

โ โ โ โ โ Service is horrible. EVERYTIME. I buy lots of sugar there regularly. Like 40kg. (I bake cakes for a living) and they never NEVERRRRR ever help me carry the bags of sugar. Usually I don't feel like I'm entitled to the service. If they don't do it, then it's not provided. But they make a show to pretend that they're busy and they bully new workers who are already busy to carry stuffs for other customers. I think it's supposed to be part of the service but the workers are hella bad at keeping customers happy.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here thrice. Manage to get all my baking items for reasonable price. Only problem is new people have trouble finding item and have to walk around the same isle looking for it. Reading the previous reviews, I was also sceptical about coming here cause most of the previous reviews were about the staff poor attitude and I too try my best to find my items instead of asking the staff. Some are friendly, some arenโt. So far never came across any rude ones. Incase you do, the office is just right behind the last isle. Maybe can complain there ? Better to bring your own recycle bag for buying things. Cash, card and ewallet payments are accepted. Otherwise, good shop for buying baking products.
