★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally bad experience!!! Even if they sold poor plans it is forgivable but they are lack of empathy and customer service, almost >20k to the hell. I willl haramkan the money!!! Please collect the dividend in hell!!! They will never keep up the promises and due dates always after due!! Worst example in the industry!! Please choose to be protected by better and larger insurance companies, you will thank m later!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to warn out everybody here not to accept or agree any telemarketing from Hong Leong Assurance company. I am not their customer but I believe they are sharing information with Hong Leong Bank (please do not share customer information with your sister company, I am not wish to accept any phone call from Hong Leong Assurance to promote their package after this. ) Disappointed with their non professionalism, watch out when you agree to accept as they are persuading you that it is zero premium, you will be charged DIRECTLY without notice and not as you expected. No policy contract, no black and white, no clear information. Watch Out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time drop by here. Did not expect but is very tiny office and they mainly service agents but more efficient than HQ at PJ. No long wait here and faster to resolve doubt. Parking here rather expensive RM4.20 first hour. As customer park for less than an hour should be able to get parking fee waiver. Since you have limited parking lot and expensive maintenance.
