Can I open a hong leong bank account? Because of the difficulty of no bank account. I don't have an employer letter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service efficiency here varies depending on how many customers are there that day. You could find yourself waiting for some time if luck is not on your side. Having said that, the staffs here are very friendly and helpful which I appreciate.
The one thing that irritates me is when bank staffs try to introduce new investment packages to you while you are handling your matters in the bank. This could cause them to forget to return your identification card to you (it has happened to me a few times and I don't appreciate it). To add insult to injury, when you go back to collect your identification card...you may also be given some application form (apply credit card, FD etc) which will make you shake your head.
If you think from another perspective, the staffs basically wasted your time with their negligence and still had the audacity to promote their product. Yes, this happens in every bank and I can only hope it does not happen too often.
