β β β β β Had my worst experience here. Hong Leong bank is good, but the staff here, rude and unwilling to help. If thatβs the case, donβt work in servicing line. Simple demand also cannot help, are you guys serious or should you consider to replace them. Disappointed 100%. ATM is friendlier than human.

β β β β β The malay lady staff is unprofessional and no manners. She seems don't understand her own product and don't know how to explain to customer.
And also not sure if she is deaf or what, she ignored me when I asked her questions, I repeated myself for three times until I have to raise my voice and ask her can she hear me only she looked up and answer my question. I was pretty sure she heard me but just ignore me cuz there weren't many people and the place was quiet.
Not to mention the website and app are sucks as well, keep logging me out amd system down.
