Hong Leong Yamaha Motor provide such bad quality staff and worst customers service is really a fail factor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to overhaul my Virago 535 but they do not have the parts to do it. And it's the Yamaha "agent " in Ipoh? They can't even get a casket for my engine, when I can get parts from my regular bike shop at Bikers Ness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude. At this Ipoh branch , customer service is not available. When you ask for parts, they reply to you everything do not have. You have to go to the website to search for yourself. Many people already know this Ipoh branch provides bad services. I asked for the manager. No branch manager. Please close the Ipoh branch.

I went there with the intention to book a 'Yamaha Xmax 250' and gather some info. Upon checked-in with 'My Sejahtera', I walked-in. But, all staff seems busy (well, not really). So, I just hanging around inside, hoping any of them to attend to me. Suddenly, one of the staff said I shouldn't be inside there, 'customer have to wait outside'. Well, I went outside and wait - hoping any of them will have the courtesy to ask what I'm looking for. Nope!! In fact the staff who asked me to move outside, just simply ignore me. I felt so stupid standing there - and embarrass, too. So, I walked away, go and get a 'Honda Forza', instead.
