Take the car for service. Complain another thing. Change something else. X show Customer plaques. Good stuff again .. It's expensive. Not satisfied feeling like being cheated. Like to claim what have been replaced due to the item is still ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis sangat teruk. 4 tahun lebih servis di sini. Bila kereta ada yang rosak,nak claim warranty bawah proton,tak ada sebarang progress. Bila mintak pusat servis lain buat,check sistem rupanya proton gurun tak buat langsung sebarang claim. Mintak check sistem nak update tntang servis yg pernah buat dekat situ,rupanya 2tahun dah tak update sistem. Seolah-olah kita tak pernah p servis situ. Teruk betul
The service is very bad. 4 more years of service here. When the car is damaged, want to claim the warranty under Proton, there is no progress. When asking another service center to do it, check the system, apparently Proton Gurun did not make any claim at all. Asked to check the system to update about the service that was made near there, apparently I haven't updated the system for 2 years. It's as if we've never serviced it. Very bad
