★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had two units of toilet tanks flushing systems replaced, with good quality materials. Job done VERY well and neat. Also fixed the low pressure pipes, found a lot of blockage from erossion.
Mr Kevin, the plumber, did a thorough check on all the piping and even went to check the main water tank in the attic, even though it wasn't necessary. He gave good advice on how to improve the water pressure (I live on 2 floors above ground level). Worked professionally on fixing the leaks and replacements.
Prior to the plumber coming, Ms Tan who arranges the appointment, was very helpful and curteous in coordinating a set date. I wasn't available on two earlier suggested dates, but she didn't give up. She responded fast to all my enquiries.
I am extremely happy with the results. Will definitely engage Hong Seng Roofing & Plumbing again, when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to my house. The workers didn’t even CHECK all the toilet problems. And they only mentioned price.
Second , Everything cant be fixed.. They suggest to change new 1(not that skillful).
Third, the price is ridiculous in my case(But You cn try survey first)
The workers are very unprofessional, I wouldn’t cancelled if they doing a very great service. Such a disappointment
Thus ,If you guys have money and dont want any part of the process as long as it’s solve. Well you cn call them.
Bcs I pay Rm30 for their time and I get zero for wasting my time, I’d give 1 star for this deal
