β β β β β Service OK. But didn't fix my vehicle problem. Knowledge of the car need to improve. After telling them the problem not solved, they told me this type of car is like. Told them been driving this car for more than 10 years never happened this way but still insisted proton car is like that and even challenge me to go back to proton service centre to ask.. So I did and got my problem fixed. Went back to them to tell them but no apology mentioned or what so ever. Just ignored the fact.
