★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good shop to buy tiles ,i wnt say tq to 1 Old Man ,maybe around 60yrs ,he vry good & freindly ,u r honesty n profesionallism ,i frgot the name ,maybe he Owner?, 3rd time already i being there ,he tell me many info & promotions disc% . The tiles also new editions n good Condiment. ,thats y i came back ,bcoz of ur service? ,if service bad?,mybe people never cme n buy the luxury thing ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two main disappointing points,
1) During tile selection, even though I already had chosen the tile I wanted, salesman consistently tried to coerce me into clearing the tiles which they have stockpiled in their local warehouse.
2) salesman screws up the order(ordered the wrong tile) and caused delay to the renovation project(only notify me/contractor on the day tile is supposed to be sent to the site!). Not even an apology to me and instead repeatedly tried to coerce me to buy their stockpiled tiles again.
*How I know salesman screws up the order,
salesman initially tried to hide his screw up by saying factory had no more stock on the tile I wanted, which doesn't make sense AT ALL as PO were made weeks before. After I checked with other tile suppliers, and they mentioned main factory had the stock, THEN the salesman changed his word saying he can re-order but will take a week of delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were very friendly and knowlegable... lots of varieties to choose from... prices are quite reasonable too... best is that they will do delivery unlike a certain shop... I bought some of my wall tiles and floor tiles here... and also a *chui ti*... this is in hokkien, not sure what its called in English
