Very bad service. Called and sent picture of the water leaking from the tank. The person in charge said we need to change the ball valve in the tank for RM150. Came to my house but i never saw the person bought any ball valve. He just bought a toolbox with him, i saw when he opened the toolbox no ball valve was there. And then he went to the tank and later came down said everything is ok. I paid RM150 thinking that its ok now he already repaired even though he didnt bought any ball valve to change. Later that day the water leaks again, and we called again to ask them come and check back maybe because they didnt change the ball valve, suddenly he said the ball valve already been changed and he concerned if its other problem(so he was planning to charge me again for other problems he created). The person argued and said he already changed the ball valve. This company is not trustable, charge people for parts but never changed it. Dont ever pay if you dont see any proof he changed a particular parts. UPDATED: This is his wife writing here. True that i was the one who called them to come. But when their staff came yesterday, my husband was the one at home monitoring the staff what he did. He was the one who saw the toolbox and what he bought. The staff never bought any valve ball. I was out buying food for break fast. I came back home later to find that the staff just finished repairing. So my husband is the one who knows everything. Just now my husband went upstairs and check the tank himself. The ball valve was never replaced. It even has rusting all over the ball metal stick. We even took pictures as proof of the ball valve that it is old and sent the pictures to the company but the person in charge insist saying that it was replaced. My husband was really mad because they were trying to cheat on us. This would not happen if they would have changed it. We dont mind paying as long its repaired. We asked other plumbers today for RM150 they have to change the one whole ball valve with the metal stick. But after much argument the company finally refunded us back RM150. Thankfully. But we wont deal with this company anymore. Sorry it was a bad experience. Please improve your service, thats all i wanted to say
