★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent sweet and sales talk. Bought items in this place. 2 days post delivery, items was defective and broke down. This was in late December 2021. Made the complaint immediately to Mr Fayaz, promises to rectify, subcon it to his staff Shahin, and even after weekly complaints, until now, still not rectified. Always promising it will be done in a couple of days. It’s been 6 weeks and still promises the same. Not responsible for its defects, wants customer to pay more to replace the defects. Cannot hold them responsible due to clause in fine prints in their receipt. But this is to warn future customers. Gave more than enough opportunities to rectify but fall to deaf ears. Be careful when buying furnitures from this place. I still have some furnitures not delivered yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest business, can’t handle custom made pieces professionally: will make up excuses for delays instead of being honest about why it’s late. Will block your number when you ask for follow up and updates as well.
Their office also doesn’t follow SOP, employees in the office do not wear masks when visitors arrive so just don’t go inside.
