★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get treatment for my son..had fever and cough. I need to wait for 1hour eventhough there was only 1 patient waiting..its really terrible..my last visit was 2015..i thought after 4 years it has changed the quality of its service..Poor hospital..

Easy to get parking space, and they validate the ticket.
There's a unique person there, Dr. Syuk (we called Doc Bo) coz he's bald! We brought our young baby for a fever and he was on duty. We were expecting a quick check and run home with some antibiotics, but we were wrong! He asked tones of questions. He checked our baby atas bawah, kiri kanan, depan belakang. We ended up spending 45 minutes with him and came out with 3 diagnoses.
He's not a sweet talker, so if you're a 'hati tisu', you'll definitely get offended. As for us, Doc Bo is the only doctor we'll go to get treatment in Ipoh. We'll call up to confirm that he's on duty before coming.
Lastly, the receptionist needs to smile more. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with nice staff. The doctor is great too. Committed to work. But very bad experience with the receptionist. Improve the front line as this is the first impression of customers. Be kind and talk nicely to cust/patient. Im having a bad day as well but seeing the receptionist spoiled my whole week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PPAR comes to my knowledge only when I received my covid-19 vaccination appointment. Very happy with my visit with helpful and friendly staff, free WiFi, TV shows and seating available. In addition, there is wheelchair services for senior citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant visit for my covid-19 vaccination thanks to PPAR staffs. WiFi and entertainment are provided along with seating during the wait. PPV staffs done a good job demonstrating steps to steps for the injections and explanations. Great job to the Team and keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my booster shots with my husband this morning... Good reception service at the front door. Personally guide me up the room to the floor level and invite me to get seated. The nurse in charge of giving the shots was really gentle and professional. Excellent treatment?
