 Malay female guard near the main building for a long time, belagak did not cooperate and was not friendly at all, played the phone loudly..the male guard near kwkk loading bay back, friendly, good, happy cooperation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses in the ward was not professional, do not care if the patient can be ambulate, am ambulatory patient also csn have sudden changes if not how csn theycwarded in neuro ward!!! he shouted at my dad just to ask him get up and drink water. And use one hand to pull my dad's hand where the rib fracture is. Also the bed was unable to lock, the tendancy for a 70yo elderly with unsteasy gait have a high risk of fall. When ask for posobbility to change the bed, the staff,show me her sour face and aay no bed which i saw 3 beds outside of the ward. Even when the specialist came to see, the HO told him the wrong patient info. The specialist just roughly see and inspect the wound, no other neurological assessment. I seriously hope my dad can be discharge right away.
