β β β β β Gives me the spook when u go there . A true tactful joke is if you want someone to die then you can send here . Parking is the most terrible situation here . Everyone has to park outside the main road n anywhere else where you can find parking . It's quite a distance to walk in. Pharmacy is very good n fast n pleasant. Something have to be done fast for parking. I noticed a multiple storey parking is being built but it's really taking s lot lot of time.

β β β β β USELESS HOSPITAL.... DOCTOR ARE GOOD AT NOTHING , NURSE SO RUDE & SO CARELESS , MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT THAT MUCH...NO IMPROVEMENT TILL TODAY....I WILL NEVER EVEN ADVICE MY ENEMY TO COME HERE FOR TREATMENT !!! THE MOST WORST HOSPITAL EVER !!!

β β β β β Very good and nice hospital at Seberang Jaya. This benefit to hugh and many patients and communities not only from Seberang Perai but from South of Kedah and Parit Buntar residents too. Thanks you for all the dedication whole staff. Good job.
Parking motorcycles foc at side entrance and park the car rm2.00 nearby hospital area (have direction) a little bit far where the park area.

β β β β β Negative things: Some staff especially nurses can be cranky. If you want them to treat you nicely don't complain too much and speak clearly. Parking was a living hell.
Positive: Doctors are super professional and helpful. I ask so many questions and they explained so well for me to understand. I really want to find the doctor that treated me but I don't know his name. I want to thank him for such a wonderful dental surgery experience. Very professional and calm.

β β β β β As I said earlier, GOVERNMENT STAFF and SERVICES doesnβt have common sense. These also happens to one of my client , she has a contraction and went to Hospitak KERAjaan, then been asked to go back. Then she and her husband decides to have the labour process at Gleneagles KL (private).
I wish that all the matron, nurses and medical staff that burden the patientβs will suffer when their in labour situation, coz we all know ALL the HOSPITAL GOVERNMENTS EMPLOYEE NOT AFFORD TO LABOR AT PRIVATE HOSPITALS ??

β β β β β im not gonna lie, my experience throughout going to this hospital has never been good. firstly, the unfriendly nurse as when people ask pretend to be busy and not doing the job well. the guards also tend to get angry and make a fuss like the hospital belongs to them.

β β β β β The 2nd lift near, has not been functioning for nearly one year or more, everytime a patient needs to be pushed, will most often have to take the ramp... Patients who come in labour pain, most often have to take the stairs or use the 1st lift which is at the other end of the labour ward.... Plz do smth.

The doctors at the Labour Ward are very professional and handles their work well. They don't talk down to the patients and patiently answers whatever concerns the patients might have.
Negative
The nurses have no empathy towards the mothers that's warded there n would talk n laugh very loudly especially at the nurse station. They would call each other loudly from one end to the other for assistance when they could just walked over to do so. They have disregard to the mothers that was unwell or those after out of operations to rest and sleep without noise disturbance. This carries out even at 12am and as early 6am. You're lucky if you are not assigned to the bed next to station and even you are not you can literally hear them across the hall. Management of the hospital should do something if patients well being is being compromised
