★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All doctors and nurses are excellent. They provide spectacular services. However, not the same thing can be said to the person at the parking counter. Tak mesra alam langsung. Lawak sungguh bila yang jaga kaunter ni plk sombong lebih drpd doktor. Well that’s the difference between educated people and the opposite of it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sevices is very conventional and slow. Should be more advance since it is well known hospital. No reporting or explaination to relative when admission extension required. Not clear for patient health condition and discharge timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Didn't know how to discharge patient. Rude staff at payment counter. We need to literally do their job to solve our issues. As expected from government service. Very dissapointing experience. Should choose other hospital.
