★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand the shop running on a big scale business with bulk order, I do. But, why can't they just help me print out 1 pc of document which i will definitely pay, just name the reasonable number. It was so difficult at that time to walk under the hot sun to find a printing shop in the area. The girl sitting behind the desk obviously have 1 printing machine in front of her , but pretending to call someone somewhere to ask permission whether should her entertain my request or not. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience dealing with a guy name Billion!!! Firstly, they asked client to submit logo then charging RM45 for artwork which I did all the designing and he admitted they didn’t do anything. After arguing so much, he waived the RM45 when I decided to withdraw. Sympathized with this company during Covid, I paid. When the first 3 cards arrived today 2/7/21, I nearly burst! My UV card is not even black!!!! And not even follow my instruction. Am trying to help a Chinese firm and this is what I get in return, I clearly can help a Malay company instead (encourage in Islam to go for a muslim firm on our first selection). Am tired scolding this man, this is the worst case. Don’t understand clients instructions. One more transparent card is coming, gonna be another fighting match for sure!!
