โ โ โ โ โ I been here couple of times last year and choosed to stay in this hotel. This hotel is not big but rooms are big and clean. I lived there 2 times ann everyday after lunch time staff cleans my rokm, thats good. About the breakfast here, it is ok but not too good, not much various of food here. Location of hotel is perfect, because hotel located near shops and in a quiet place, so, it is comfortable to sleep at night time because there no noise from outside.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a perfect hotel for catching the train. Breakfast included in the price. My train is a mid night train, but the hotel is very kind enough to pack an excellent bag breakfast and have it ready when I checked out. The train station is within walking distance.

โ โ โ โ โ It used to be our favorite hotel and we have been staying here whenever we visit our grandparents for the past 7 years. However, our recent stay we feel so disgusted. The hotel and rooms are not well maintained. The room are not clean at all, there are hair and nuts all over the floor, it was so dusty. There are lizard dungs at the window and on the wall. The carpet are old and its about time to replace a new one. The pillow, bed sheet, comforter are all so gross. We wanted to change the room but the hotel was full. So we asked the housekeeping to clean the room again. It was ok but still not that clean. The only good things are the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe that the money that they spent on swimming pool should have been spent to upkeep the hotel instead. Hopefully the management will keep this into consideration since there are new hotel in town.

โ โ โ โ โ Really disappointed with the cleaning and services. The bathroom never washed properly and the cups and spoons which the previous customers were used never take and wash it. Management should check frequently and make sure the cleaning services done properly. Iโm not sure about the sanitisation even normal cleaning also not done.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed one night, yesterday. Room needs to be cleaned better. A minimum vacuuming is needed. Good air-conditioning, water heater and excellent breakfast. For a 100+ rate, it would still be a good deal.

โ โ โ โ โ Paid for a family room at RM230. Room was extremely dirty and dusty. Bathroom was equally dirty. Bedsheet was clearly unchanged with the stains on it. If u cant manage a hotel, then please dont run one.
