β β β β β Check in date: 26/1/2020. 4 person room.One nite. Visiting wife's relative. Staff at counter is friendly. Room cleanliness is acceptable. Water dripping from shower head onto the floor, bathroom wet all the time, not pleasant. Mineral water, tea, coffee packets, bath towels, toilet paper ,tissue box provided.The room looks old but comfortable. Air cond is fairly new. Breakfast with nasi lemak, meehoon ,bread,jam, coffee,tea is good, better than many other budget hotels we have been to. Will visit again and also recommend to friends and relative.

β β β β β Initially everything almost perfect for this little place in Raub, it exceed my expectations, especially on the cleanliness of their bathroom. Not a single trace of mold. However the reception staff failed to alert us on the parking system (coupon parking) by the local council. Tak pasal2 kena fine RM30 due to the negligence of the property owner staff rite after we had our breakfast. I did ask front counter staff if the local council officer do the checking in this area, she said, tak tau la. Mungkin kot. We are not the only one, many other private car owners kena saman. You will not believe that the officer masuk ceruk Kampung terpencil like this, just to issue the saman. It's not even a prime or busy area. But I guess, they're just doing their job yea.

β β β β β Overall it's ok if you paid for this price. Location is good, diagonally across from old town Raub. Staffs were polite and helpful. The room was small with maple flooring color and white colour wall. It looked comfortable and the windows can open. Simple breakfast, it'd bread (toast), egg, coffee, tea, juice and milk. Overall a nice stay

DONT TAKE THIS HOTEL.there r many newly open hotel within 5 minutes of driving or less

Is hard to get any food around the town. Lucky we have this 2 chains nearby.

β β β β β I know this is a low budget hotel, but please improve on customer service. The receptionist was very inattentive, booking made thru booking.com was not updated. Specifically asked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. Asked for prayer mats, but we're not provided. One of the drinking glass provided was cracked and no spoon or stirer was provided. Service are deteriorating..buck up management or soon you will see lesser and lesser business and no return business. I have been loyal to this hotel brand, thus my comments are sincere.
