β β β β β Im sorry the worst budget hotel i ever been in malaysia. Especially shah alam.
The beauty and wonderful status of Shah alam was really spoilt because of this hotel. Really dissappointed.
Ive been booking a room for almost 1 month earlier. But the room they give to us was a room with a leakage issue. The leak came out from the toilet and its leak to the bedroom!! We gonna stay for 2days! Cant u imagine it?!?
When we complaint to them via call, nobody pickup the phone. All the no they provide at the key card also unable for us to talk to them! Can u imagine how bad was the management?!
We ask for them to change the room but they said its all been full booked. Its fine. And we ask for our money to be returned. Its good to hv our money back. But only the deposit they not yet return because of its their bos who will return it to us.
Until now for almost a month the deposit still not yet return. Call and wapp never reply. Its a fully disappointed muslim budget hotel.
Its not about the deposit. But it was your integrity. Integrity on your services! Plus as a muslim im really feel pity on this issue.

β β β β β Ok if you don't mind about the broken wardrobe, cracked squatting toilet, leaking sink, no daily housekeeping and have to get refill mineral water from counter every day.

β β β β β There was so much things to improve, no towels but didnβt inform us.. I stayed in room for 3 pax but they gave tower for 2 pax ?level cleanliness rooms is bad.. totally not recommended

β β β β β Our wedding was held here back in March 2017. It was very surprising how it all comes together. It was a beautiful garden set-up and everything went smoothly. It was definitely beyond my expectations! I would recommend future groom and brides to come here and book this place up. :)

β β β β β My siblings and I are staying for a night. The night we stayed happened to be the night that renovations from another shop were undergoing. It is still going on as I am typing this which is well after midnight. We are not getting any rest. The noise is keeping us up. Checked in another building but the room is in another building which is inconvenient. The room was mediocre. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and the toilet has no lid. Would not recommend to anyone.
