β β β β β We stayed here for 3 days on our visit here. The stay was definitely worth the price paid. I thought my room was very clean. I enjoy the location a lot. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Suitable for activites around Butterwoth or Bukit Mertajam area.

β β β β β I would return to stay here in the future. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none. Astro channel, ample of parking space guarded. TV has some cable channels besides free on air ones. The bed is good enough for me to sleep in. A/c works great. Easy access to restaurants.

I would like to make a complain regarding my room reservation in Hotel Palm Inn Bukit Mertajam.
I make a booking that request for room with window. However, the reception asked me whether I can change to another room without window due to the reason the room that I asked havent clean yet.
I refused because I booked on Agoda , room with window. When I asked the reception how long does I need to wait, the answer i get is : βYou need to wait for a while because right now our Housekeeping is on rest timeβ. So I asked back: How long do I need to wait?
Then she(reception) replied me: You sit for a while, because right now our housekeeping is on rest.
In this case, i need to wait for them to make my room. Never in my life that when i checked in hotel, i need to wait for the room.
I hope Palm Inn Hotel Management can take this issue seriusly and I hope this things donβt happened to another guests.

β β β β β clean room & towels. staff is okay ?? room is dark because there is no window. not sure itβs for all standard room or just the one not facing the side of the building. thereβs no mini fridge inside the room. easy to park. easy to access from main road since its next to the main road. thereβs a convenience store next door. nearby ETS train station. very near from toll exit if you are driving. suitable for 1-2 nights for solo traveller ??
