★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall is poor, Room was smelly of coz spacious, heater not working well, bed was ok but pillow was too hard until I got neck pain the next day, no elevator have to use the staircase for 2nd floor, if there is old people with u, it will be hard for them to climb till 2nd floor, not recommended n for me it's not worth for the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy. No smoking smell??.. just during workday, the road front are very congested due to nearest Hospital Seremban. The toilet are big, have water heater, have tv, aircond room, the charge also resonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I reached the hotel and showed the receptionist our email booking confirmation from booking.com, we were told there were no bookings made under my name. The reason given by the receptionist was the system was offline since the day before (3rd June) hence bookings from booking.com was not captured by their hotel's system. However, when I called the hotel on 3rd June to make some amendments to my booking, the hotel staff even asked for my name but didn't mentioned anything about system was offline. All the rooms were fully booked and the staff was not apologetic at all and didn't even do something to help us out, he just asked us to find another hotel. All the hotels were fully booked due to the long weekend holidays. It was such an inconvenience for us as we travelled from kl to get ready at the hotel to attend an engagement event that evening. Please sort out your system issues as there are very limited hotels in Seremban, unlike kl where you can immediately find another alternative. Worst thing is we are getting a no show email from booking.com, when it's not even our fault. Such a frustrating experience, hope this incident will not recur to other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for raya in 2019 and 2022. Max I sleep here was for 2 nights. I guess you know you can't expect much, it's a cheap hotel. I'm just here to sleep but yeah the room are not that soundproof, I can hear noises outside. But overall, the cleanliness, safety, location wise, it's good

The room was tidy, clean and organised. Staffs were friendly. No smelly room etc.
They offered you some basic amenities. Oh, there’s no elevator. But the stairs is huge space.
