β β β β β Please in prove your system... In website Please do not mention room is rive view or city view la and room is not like in picture... Counter staff service is no helpful.. told all fully booked. i won't be come back here anymore very bad experienced .. ???

β β β β β the price is not balanced with the condition of the room. The refrigerator is not cold, mineral water is not available in the room, the room is small, the bathroom is not clean. you better choose a budget hotel in comparison with this hotel.

The breakfast during puasa month no longer buffet style, is commonly fried rice or noodle, so do consider worth the price or not before booking
Cleanliness
The room is dirty! The carpet alot dust, and there is bed mites on bed which cause my whole body itchy, reddish and swollen, it also causes my friend face grow pimples! The cleanliness of hotel not even worth a star!
Strategic location which near to menara kuantan with a Riverside view.

β β β β β The room not so clean, i found many pcs of fried rice on the floor also on top of the make up table. The floor is sticky like never mop, and got smoke smell from outside. Carpet in front of my room at the third floor looked dirty have many stain. Blanket look old greyish lame color also a bit torn. Fridge switched on but not really cold.

β β β β β It was ok. Been here 2 times. Do not expect you'll get the kind of bed you booked in the system since they normally tell you that the bed is already booked or the unit is full.
The facility was like finding a surprise. Sometimes it's good but if you're not lucky enough, you'll get a room with a mouldy refrigerator.
The staff at the reception area was ok. However the housekeeper has been talking so loud in front of our room for an hour - distrupting your sleep.

β β β β β 2nd time stay here. Both bad experience. We ordered for master bed, but received single double bed. They said room is fully occupied. Really???? Come on. For first time we were good. But this is 2nd time received the same issue. Please improve your system.

β β β β β Location getting better these days. Riverside is beautiful and relaxing. Rooftop restaurant is nice but need to make it more like cafe. Hotel room is clean

β β β β β It was a pleasant stay for overnight. The room is comfortable and spacious furnished with a bit old fashioned furniture. Parking place available behind the building foc.It is located in the middle of the city, and there is a recreational park behind it. The river is also a 2 minutes walk.
