M	Mohamad Nur Salam Bin Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good things: •Nice place to stay and chillin'. •Far from the main road and other noises. •Decent services and facilities. •Large parking spaces. •Large outdoor swimming pool. •Accessible lift. •OKU-friendly. •Ample room size. •Acceptable room rates for 3 stars hotel. •Near to town and highway. Need improvements: •Moderate cleanliness. •A/c need a constant maintenance. •Need a good lighting at carpark area during night time. •Need cautious when going around at the back of the hotel (jungle with wild monkey at presence). Overall: 4/5 stars can be given.
p	pink panther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here in Jan 2022. Request for large bed but staff said no rooms available. When request to escalate to manager, then we get upgraded to next room with large bed. Room was gloomy and scary. All run down. Cabinet broken, iron board broken, no door security, dirty bed sheet and so on. If i have to come again to perlis, i will stay in alor setar hotel.

Bit when I came down foe breakfast cheap good rm18 but only 1 menu rice and chicken curry only. Please lah hotel is full hse why cant u hv variety perlis foods??? Alot to improve especially on coffee house. Disappointed Came with motorcycle 12 of us from KL. If u increased the price of food also fine.
H	Halima Wahab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Towel is very thin and old. Highly used. Probably been decades. 2. Air cond is not cold. 3. Air cond is leaking. Hence, wet carpet. 4. Room smells bad. On top of that, strong smell of ubat gegat. 5. Can't use the key, though it should valid til checkout. 6. Receptionist not at the reception counter, no bell to call. So you have to shout, when they were not anywhere near the counter (like in my case). She was not at the counter or office reception. Kene panggil byk kali, sigh. 7. The housekeeping didn't make up room properly. Too much to elaborate. To conclude, so terrible. 8. Room looks so dark and gloomy. Plus, bad smell. Same goes to the bathroom. 9. Not worth RM200/night. 10. Linen and bedsheet is definitely old. Am not sure if that's the caused to itch our skin. High time to change the bed linens. The hotel needs lots lots lots of improvement. I feel weird for those who gave good ratings...
W	Work on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad wifi. Shower in some rooms , the tap lever problematic. Aircon not chill enough Mouldy smell in some rooms Food in Seri Inai Cafe ,expensive. Smoking allowed in the room. Those who doesn't like smoking , might pick up some residual smell when entering the room. Buffet breakfast below standard Plus point: Housekeeping cleans room everyday. Swimming pool available to use Free open parking.
A	Abu Bakar Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant stay. The room is quite large and very clean. The swimming pool was nice. However they need to replace or repair the pool ladder railing cos it was faulty with sharp edges. It may cause unnecessary injury to swimmers.
