โ โ โ โ โ Rooms was ok ... the breakfast was bad . No choices at all . Same menu for breakfast everyday !!! Stayed there 3 days ... rm180 per night !!!
Not worth at all ...

1. No wifi. They will said many room occupied so line will be slow, but it was not. I event cannot log in into the wifi. They did restart the routers but still failed.
2. Air cond is spit unit. Not centralize.
Took some times to cooled the room.
3. No toiletries. Only shampoo n soap. No toothbrush, tootpaste
4. Amenities is poor. Bed cover is dirty. Tiles kotor, x nampak mcm hotel. Bilik air kotor. Lips jamban lama x tukar. Shower pkai yg biasa bukan yg centralize. Cabling shower berjuntai dan bahaya short circuit
5. No freeze at all.
6. There is pricelist for all room equipments. Might be klau rosak, etc, guest need to pay that amount. Super mahal. Iron rm 250, tv rm 2500. Funny
7. Telefon dial '0' or '1' for reception (main teka je sbb xde guidance) tak berangkat. Call pkai handphone to the hotel hotline, tnye problem telefon, die ckp mmg ade mslh utk reception. Its true call '0' for reception tp ade masalah line. Masa check in tiada dimaklumkan.
8. Breakfast not bad. Standard utk harga hote rm 120 ke bawah.
9. Kolam kotor, x maintain, menyedihkan.
10. Ive been checked in many hotels and this is the worst. Rm 120 for this, i could get even better.
11. To the management, sedar diri. Tq.

โ โ โ โ โ Took family room and very poor maintenance. No bath foam. Gave hand soap. Room bathroom poor and dirty. Air cond very bad. Takes time to get cold. Breakfast is fine.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed here with my team for our family gathering and meetings. We booked 7 standard rooms and 1 family rooms plus a small hall for our 3 days 2 nights.
Pro:
1.Big room for standard, two single beds that also provide one set iron with iron board.
2. Friendly maintenance's person.
3. Beautiful place with one medium swimming pool
Cons:
1. Not suitable for disable people. My manager had to take some time to climb the stairs. And he chose to stay downstairs even we have enough time to rest between our programmes.
2. The food, from our first meal until the end of event were sweet including their masak lemak, tomyam and sambal. Maybe it suits their taste but not ours. We complained but no action taken.
3. The hall was hot and had to ask the hoteliers to provide fans.
4. Cleanliness ignorance including landscapes, upstairs' floors, spider webs everywhere and not well cleaning maintenance for hall guests' toilet.
#sorry for this review but as one of Hotel Seri Malaysia's franchise, you need to upgrade the quality of ur services. I do love HSM for their uniqueness but this one is the worst experience i ever had.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place. Calm n relax. Friendly staff in F&B. Delicious food n price is reasonable... Also can go for only pool with cheap price and come with snack. Go and try it very recommended..

โ โ โ โ โ I remembered i was travelling on work purpose within Malaysia years back and i hopped on to one of Hotel Sri Malaysia for accommodation. I could give a thumbs up for the room. My recent stay in Hotel Sri Malaysia in Kulim was not pleasant at all! I was shocked to see the room condition. Bathroom was worst than a public toilet. Mold on all tiles grout joins. I don't think they scrub on the bathroom walls. Shower head was in black in all water holes. Mold has built up. Floor tiles, with mold which has turned black. Common areas are filled with dust. Overall it looks like a unoccupied building. No star i could give. Wouldn't recommend. Rm145.00 per night is not worth.
