★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm customer using hotlink and my number was expired and I make a call to service center and I been told if want to reactivate my prepaid number i can go to Ipoh parade in Perak. Not necessarily need to maxis center in Greentown. However I just went there, and they not to do so. What a waste information and that maxis store in ipoh parade perak just open without nothing, people working there just playing phone no customers at all. Then why you open store at ipoh parade? Just selling phone and your numbers? No services available? I been told people there the only place to reactivate is in Maxis center in Greentown ipoh, Perak. That place only open normal working hours, parking also difficult and I need to go there on my working hours?!? Your maxis store in mall should be able to do like maxis center, so people can utilize their weekends to do this and your staff are paid for the service not just playing phones and chit chat nothing to do.
