★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with the furniture as the TV cabinet purchased was in damaged condition upon received even though we waited for 1 week to receive. Sales person gave fake promise during showroom visit, saying they will send new stock. However, obviously the furniture is not a new stock with the damages and scratches as below images.
When we called the sales person to ask about this, the answer was so irresponsible and delivery guy also was talking so rudely when we ask about the damages.
Both the salesman and delivery guy said can "Touch-up" with Marker Pen for the scratches which can't be accepted and NOT PROFESSIONAL. This is Consider cheating customer.
Guys, be aware before doing any purchase in this unprofessional Furniture shop.
