โ โ โ โ โ Food quality is acceptable not great. The biggest concern is SAFETY! Just had my meal at 12.35pm today. There are things thrown from the BJ flat literally that will hit you in your head. I was lucky to miss it by an inch. When I confront the owner, there is NO empathy or being apologetic. Granted the owner has no control, to not provide sense of safety to customers, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
It shows you the attitude of the owner. Too bad if that happens to youโฆ A minimum safety net or protection is the least the owner should consider to operate at the current open premises. Folks, eat at your own risks! You decide if this is worth eating here no matter how delicious the food is.

Dry is better, my personal opinion
Everyone taste is different
Accept grab pay and touch n go e wallet which are my preference
The boss Very friendly.

Big space and quick service. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor is covered by tree and will not get hot under the sun.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to get traditional pan mee, the shop has been open for decades. They offer many selection of dim sum and fried snacks to add on. They have different varieties of soup as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Food: Pan mee was ok, sauce is ok but noodles a bit too al dante to my liking. Lobakgou was good but would be better if it was still hot. Sambal was tasty. Generally ok. Add a half-boiled egg for rm1
Portion: standard portion, small was good enough for me. They also sell cold storage self made dimsum for takeaway
Ambience: Traditional dining experience down a tree. Alternatively they have sheltered place for your dining experience. Parking was ample too during my visit around 1pm
Price: Reasonably priced in my opinion. RM5 for S, RM6 for L, RM4 for 2 pcs of lobakgou as shown in picture
4/5 but friendly service make it 5/5 experience.
