★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a collapsible colander knowing Joseph and Joseph carries it. I forgot the word colander in the moment (long day) and said collapsible ‘washing up’ thing. The lady at the desk cuts me off mid sentence and says ‘we don’t have that here, try smiggle next door’ without asking more questions. Well.. Smiggle sells garish kids bags. Why she would send someone there is beyond me. The most unhelpful customer service ever. I was there Thursday evening, 5th December 2019.
