★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is definitely a great place for hosting party and I took this photo at 1.45am in the morning due to the noise and loud music! Could the owner please set rules to tenants to be completely silent after 10pm?? This is totally unacceptable and very inconsiderate for the neighbourhood!!
