★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and has good ambience. A great place to have a meetup. I went in and sat for awhile. It took me some time to realize that I was supposed to go to the counter to order. So I went to the counter and placed my order, and was given a device that would flash and beep when my order was ready.
It felt like I waited quite awhile, at a time when there were relatively less crowd as it was end of the lunch hour, at bout 2pm.
My order: Teh panas kurang manis & Nasi goreng HQ
I wait for the device to flash and beep. When it did, I proceed to pick up my order from the counter.
Teh panas, not hot anymore.
The soup that was served with the Nasi Goreng HQ was room temperature.
The food was okay.
But for lack of service and being unsatisfied with my order. Three stars.
