Assalamualaikum wrbth,
Nama saya abdul rahman abdul rashed, antara pengguna dan konsumer kedai HQC Seksyen 7, bandar baru bangi. Saya ingin memohon penjelasan dan memberi teguran akan pembelian suatu barangan peralatan anak tulis untuk anak saya pagi ini.
Didapati ketika saya ingin membeli barangan tersebut berupa 2 botol gam berjenama stylo yang disusun dibelakang kaunter barangan. Namun, staff HGC mendapat kesukaran untuk menentukan harga barangan tersebut kerana ketiadaan tanda harga mahupun barcode tertentu bersamaan dalam sistem HGC.
Maka untuk memudahkan kerja dan mempercepatkan prosess pembelian mereka terus memasukkan nama UHU ke dalam sistem dan mengecas barangan gam tersebut yang berjenama berlainan kepada UHU. Harga barangan tersebut sepertimana kita sedia maklum adalah jauh berbeza dan ia bukan barangan yang sama.
Dengan ini saya ingin memohon pihak HGC untuk memperbaiki perkhidmatan dan struktur audit barangan yang dijual di dalam kedai HGC Seksyen 7. Saya terasa terkilan dan juga tertipu namun saya tiada pilihan lain kerana memerlukan barangan tersebut untuk kegunaan anak di sekolah dengan segera.
Untuk rujukan pihak tuan, bersama ini saya lampirkan salinan resit pembelian barangan tersebut bersama gambar gam yang dimaksudkan. Diharapkan pihak HGC dapat memperbaiki permasalahan ini agar pengguna lain dikawasan seksyen 7 bangi tidak ditertipu atau diperdaya atas perkara sebegini.

 Prices of Goods Not Displayed and Inaccurate
Assalamualaikum wrbth,
My name is abdul rahman abdul rashed, between consumers and consumers of HQC Section 7 shop, bangi new town. I would like to ask for an explanation and reprimand for the purchase of a stationery item for my son this morning.
Found when I wanted to buy the item in the form of 2 bottles of stylo brand glue arranged behind the counter. However, HGC staff have difficulty in determining the price of the goods due to the absence of price tags or specific barcodes in the HGC system.
So to simplify the work and speed up the purchase process they continue to enter the UHU name into the system and charge the glue items of different brands to UHU. The price of the goods as we already know is much different and they are not the same goods.
With this I would like to request the HGC to improve the service and audit structure of goods sold in the HGC Section 7 store. I feel upset and also deceived but I have no other choice because I need the goods for children's use at school immediately.
For your reference, I enclose a copy of the receipt for the purchase of the goods together with a picture of the glue in question. It is hoped that the HGC can improve this problem so that other users in the area of section 7 bangi are not deceived or deceived on such matters.

It was officially launched on 16th October 2018.
Friendly staffs and beside chicken meat you can get all sort of groceries here.
Near the entrance you can buy coffee and Japanese halal foods from ODen such has Tuna Mayo, Salmon Mayo, Lobster ball, Seafood Tofu, Surumi Scallop, Fish Noodles etc.
I was told by one their staff that they are going to bring in halal meats such as beef, mutton and lamb very soon.
So Bangirians come over and support our halal food outlet.
