★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was properly cleaned. Personnel had mask on and sanitizer was available in public area and desk. The team were friendly and helpful. One of the better HSBC branches.
Currently no relationship manager but was told there would be one mid March.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to get my US stimulus cheque banked into my ac. The bank officer said that hsbc does not accept foreign cheques. I said that my social security is sent by the US government to my hsbc ac which was opened at that same branch. I was told that because it was in USD so it cannot be accepted. HSBC, aren't you being a bit weird? I was told that it was the bank policy. What kind of policy is that? Change it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite of the long wait (20 minutes) for my turn, I'm still satisfied with their service. The staff apologized for keeping me wait. And she tried her best to help me with my problem. Even provided me her mobile number in case I want to inquire about the case later.
The centre was quiet. I went about 2.30pm. Waited awhile because some staff had gone out to lunch.
