★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSBC self service kiosk can go deactivate themselves. Went to 2 branches with 1 not available for use and the other can’t even be used to activate your bank account. What’s the purpose of going digital if it doesn’t even work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this hsbc maluri branch just to collect my debit card as I already opened an account online. Guess what? Needed to wait for an hour plus just to get the card. THE SERVICE IS SUPER SUPER SLOW, there are 4 counters but only open 2? Saw other staff there, but they are just like doing nothing and chill? So unorganized and the service its a Nayyyyy!
