★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience during the visit to HTM pharmacy first garden. Although there was a long queue, but it worth the wait. The pharmacist, if I'm not mistaken from her nametag is Ms. Ma, she served me very well. She patiently explained my health problems and what should I do to improve. She explained how the products are going to help me instead of keep asking me to buy expensive products. So far I feel good after consuming the products. The pharmacist is doing a great job? Will definitely visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here to get cough medicine but one of the staff insisted that I should get extra supplement drinks. Told her that I only needed my cough medicine but she started showing me face and still insisted that I shold buy the supplement drink when I was at the counter waiting to pay for my meds. If the customer clearly tells you that they do not need anything else, please stop pushing us to buy any unnecessary products. It was a really unpleasant experience.
