Originally it was a 5-star food, but the price started in these three or two months, but after the price started, the food began to change. The fried ghost became more and more fragile. It was not crispy when it was bought on the spot. It was bought for several hours. After eating, I will bring a little bit of crispness. I will still feel a little bit of coffee. I don’t have it now. After I bought it for an hour, I will directly soften it. I will pick up one hand and the other half will fall down softly. It feels like an overnight fried fish or something incompetent. It’s two things before it. It’s already felt like Weige. If you buy it at the scene, it’s squeaking in the mouth, but now it’s gone, the workman’s staff is still What are the problems with those few, or those flours?

If you have not eaten the Huanxi fried ghosts, you can say that you have not really eaten fried ghosts. My job is related to running up and down in Malaysia, and I have not eaten it that is more fragrant, crispy and better than this one. The deep-fried ghosts you eat are fried until golden brown. The skin is very thin and crispy, with a little soft inside, like a lot of bubbles of various sizes, and it is not greasy. I personally like to use it with black coffee. Others The horse's feet, pinned brown, etc. are also delicious. Usually, customers will wait in line when the stall is opened. If you buy it, you can enjoy it on the spot or pack it back. Not only Chinese people come to buy it, but many Indian friends also come in line to pack and take away. Food can be enjoyed by any religion and any race. Delicious vegetarian snacks.

This is like the best fried dough (油炸鬼) that you can find in town, and personally I can’t find anything this good anywhere in KL or PJ. The regular ones are just crispy on the outside, soft gooey and not too much dough on the inside which makes this perfectly good for eating alone or dipping into coffee (mom’s favorite) or milo or soya bean (my favourite). The sweet one (马脚) is also the best you can find anywhere. Slightly smaller than the regular ones but much bigger and thinner than the ones you can find in KL. Whenever I’m back I will have this.

Waited abt 30mins in a long queue on a scorching hot weekend to try the infamous yu cha kueh. In between waiting, I could see other customers walking up to the owner, making orders then leaving to come again later to collect their food. Much to my disappointment, when it was my turn, i was told that yu cha kueh has been sold out while other delicacies were still available. I could see them frying a lump sum at the back but politely told by the owner that it was for reserved orders. Not intending to tarnish the reputation of small business stalls like this, but a better system could be made to cater for walk in customers. If priorities were to be given to those making reservations via phone or those cutting the line, then it needs to be stated so that the rest of us do not have to waste much time waiting in long lines. Nevertheless, the plain sesame kuih and red bean kuih that I managed to buy was so crispy and delicious that it made me want the elusive yu cha kueh even more ?

Simple but rich in taste. Crispy on first bite, soft and sweet taste followed when you chew it. Old school snacks but i do hope the store owner's recipe will be passed down to more genarations to come
