β β β β β Developer paling teruk. Dalam gambar brochure ada boomgate. Masa iklan 3 tier security. Skrg nak naik ke parking gate moto xde. Ada kes curi minyak motor la org luar bole suka ati masuk. Dgn bangunan xlurus. Ni bukan fitnah kenyataan. Boomgate dan post pengawal yg dijanji semasa jualan hanya marketing. Satu oengawal pon xde. Sebab gate pon xde. Bila bincangmasalah boomgate n beberapa masalah seamasa dalam AGM satu pon tak masuk minit mesyuarat. Lepastu kata takde request. Kami nak hak kami je.xminta apa yg mereka tak janji. Mmg menyesal beli rumah dgn huayang. Apa mereka janjikan masa jualan xditunai. Basket ball court dah setahun lbh tak dibuka sebab rosak. Bayangkan. Xpenah guna tapi rosak teruk. Bila push setahun lebih baru baiki. Kecewa huayang nama gah tp prestasi sngat buruk di penang
The worst developer. In the picture of the brochure there is a boomgate. 3 tier security advertising period. Now I want to go up to the parking gate moto xde. There are cases of theft of motor oil and outsiders may like to enter. With xlurus building. This is not a slander of fact. Boomgate and the guard post promised during sales are just marketing. One oengawal pon xde. Because gate pon xde. When discussing the boomgate problem and some problems during the AGM, one pound did not enter the minutes of the meeting. Lepastu kata takde request. β β β β β Lousy management, developer never think for shop owner.. dun want help the shop owner solve the parking problem. Dun buy their shoplot.. is irresponsible.. they let all the residents park infront ur shop n all the customer, client hav no place to park

as per their statement, "plan in pictures is just illustration only" dont waste ur money
