★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services provided after sales purchase from Palm Mall Seremban who called Vincent Low (Manager). He asked customer to shut up while complaining about new bought P30 Pro screen protector ( CLEAEPLEX ULTRA FILM ) problem to the particular customer ! His action is damn rude to that customers.
The second problem is the manager who called Vincent Low is having a chewing gum in his mouth while speaking to the particular customer who complained to him. This action is such unrespect and unpolite to customers.
All in all, not recommended to purchase Huawei phone from Palm Mall Seremban.

From the way he treated me, this shop will be the best shop to buy handphone and laptop..

They have good product knowledge about every model even other brand, they helped me a lot to choose the best model. Different from other stall, they provide custom-cut screen protector while helping me to apply it on my new buy phone.
