β β β β β Very slow service.. Yes being friendly and chit chat with customer is ok. But not during lunch hour when everyone want to hurry up to go to the office back. Wait 2 hours just to send my phone for repair. I even backed up everything already.. they just need my details and my phone. Previously I use Samsung and normally I only need to wait less than 30 minutes. And they only have 1 counter while Huawei have 2 counter

β β β β β Unprofessional staff.
I'm requesting a SIM ejector tool for changing the SIM Card for my Huawei phone, and the staff told me that the needle has been stuck in the SIM hole (without checking), needs to remove at Huawei Service Center (the most ridiculous advice ever).
Without any argument, I just walked to the phone booth nearby, borrowed the ejector tool, and changed my SIM.
Maybe because I'm not purchasing anything? But this is not the service I'm expected from any Huawei Experience Store.

β β β β β Extremely Bad Customer Service. Racist Chinese man ans being Extremely judgemental on looks of customer. Was about to purchase, the Huawei tablet, however this dude, told to get the cheaper one assuming that I cant afford to buy the expensive one. That lil dude has no manners. Hope Huawei does take action on this guy. Poor mentality and in way bad representative for Huawei
