★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi saya ingin bertanya lah tapi tak tau la sapa yg akan reply yea..kenapa yea kawasan rekeriasi tepi sungai tu penuh sampah?malu la depan tong sampah pun kamu org bole longok sampah saya tengok lam tong sampah tu tak de pun penuhnya tong berkenaan...susah sangat ke nak angkat sampah tu masuk dalam tong? from turun bukit dari jambatan gaung to bulatan masuk ke jambatan kg buloh pintu depan taman tu ok sikit la tak nampak sampahnya sangat..tapi dr arah bawah nak pintu taman depan butan haaah tu dia penuh sampah sarap...jangan la rosak kan kawasan tu wahai sekalian umat..dah la sungai da jadi air tea o ice sebelum ni air sungai tu molek jek..jernih sebelum bah besar tuh...yea lah sebelum covid aku mandi kut sungai kampung buloh tuh tak de la keruh...

Saya ingin membuat aduan tentang masalah Perpustakaan Cawangan Hulu Terengganu kepada pengunjung dan pelajar yang ingin menjalankan peperiksaan dan tugasan-tugasan penting.
1. Masalah aircond yang tidak berfungsi sejak sebulan yang lalu. Tiada sebarang perubahan atau penambahbaikan untuk membaiki aircond ini. Padahal, majoriti pengguna dan pelajar menggunakan tingkat dua untuk menyelesaikan tugasan kami.
2. Masalah kedua adalah tentang kekurangan plug. Boleh dikatakan bahawa Perpustakaan Hulu Terengganu hanya mempunyai 4 suis yang berfungsi termasuk tingkat atas dan bawah. Hal ini perlu dipandang serius, kerana ia mengganggu tugasan kami. Melalui pengalaman saya, kos penukaran suis/plug baru hanya RM15/RM20. Jadi agak tidak logik jika tiada sebarang penambahbaikan kerana masalah ini sudah terjadi sebelum Covid19.
Jadi saya mewakili pengguna pustaka ini berharap pihak bertanggungjawab dapat memandang serius tentang perihal ini, kerana bermula pada bulan ini pelajar-pelajar universiti perlu menghadapi ujian dan 'oral presentation'. Demikian, kami perlu menggunakan aras atas secepat yang mungkin supaya tidak mengganggu ruang bacaan dibawah.
Keprihatinan Tuan/Puan amatlah kami hargai. Kami berharap pihak tuan/puan dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan secepat mungkin kerana hal ini sudah lebih sebulan dan seminggu.

Assalamualaikum Sir/Madam,
I would like to make a complaint about the problem of the Hulu Terengganu Branch Library to visitors and students who want to conduct examinations and important tasks.
1. Aircond problem that has not worked since a month ago. There are no changes or improvements to repair this aircond. In fact, the majority of users and students use the second floor to complete our assignments.
2. The second problem is about the lack of plugs. It can be said that the Hulu Terengganu Library only has 4 functional switches including the upper and lower floors. This needs to be taken seriously, as it interferes with our work. In my experience, the cost of replacing a new switch/plug is only RM15/RM20. So it is quite illogical if there is no improvement because this problem has already happened before Covid19.
So I represent the users of this library hope that the responsible party can take a serious look at this matter, because starting this month university students will have to face tests and 'oral presentation'. Thus, we need to use the upper level as soon as possible so as not to disturb the reading space below.
Your concern is very much appreciated. We hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible because it has been more than a month and a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majlis Daerah Hulu Terengganu is a good place to consult your affairs involving businesses licensing and also booking amenities such as community halls for sports and recreations. Service-wise, the staffs are quite wary and vigilant regarding the customers; in-state customers take priority while out-of-state customers may take longer consideration for approval. SOP-wise, quite good and has sanitizer for customers' use. However, there is a lack of organization in terms of queueing since there's no queue ticket dispenser to know whose turn it is based on type of affairs.
