★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better hotel in Tanah Merah. Consist of shoplots with rooms in level 1 and 2. Good decor overall. Average cleanliness of room and polite receptionist. Roadside parking only and could be a problem as it is on a busy street. Breakfast was simple. Probably better having local fare elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and clean room with basic amenities. The hotel is in a strategic location in the middle of town, and various shop lots around - 7 eleven in front and a cafe beside the hotel. Irons and ironing boards are put in a designated location on the first floor. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Parking maybe a bit of a problem as you have to park along the road. Breakfast is very simple - better eat outside for more variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A top hotel in the heart of tanah merah town. Y9u really have to book ealy to ensure getting a good room. This hotel is nice cclean and comfortable.
Their service is good and the crews polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 2 days, not up to par,.....booked for queen bed but was told no queen bed upon arrival,.... disappointed!!! Hot water not working, .., toilet hose pipe leaking,....claimed 3 ?,......No parking provided also...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after a while the charger and cable working well… anyway thank to Humaira Hotel… but pls manage the lost and found properly and if the owner dont take it back for above 3 months .. pls call them back.. that will show you more hornest and we feel more safe. tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 300RM for a family room in a bang average hotel. This is a budget hotel which has no facility and was dirty and loud. The aircon was so loud. The only thing going for it was the hot shower!!
We stayed to break up a trip across to the east coast. Next time we will not bother

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken bidet and noisy air conditioner. Other than that, is okay (what u expect to get in Tanah Merah?)
But I strongly believe the rate need to be greatly reduce. Your rate is way higher compare to same service rated in other town. In other word, your customers can get much better hotel in other town with same price.
