★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them up and the person who picked up insisted on speaking in Mandarin. Thankfully a team member was around who could speak in Mandarin. The person then demanded that we pass them our company info immediately otherwise she wouldn’t give the same price that she was offering so we whatsapped the info over as well as asked for confirmation of their address so that we could go over to pick up the goods, but she took several hours to reply and some more with a rude one-word message of “Wait”. So we decided we didn’t want to correspond with her anymore. Gonna try a different packaging company in Penang and hopefully they will have better customer service skills.
