My car tyre flatted when im on my way to home after work. It happen in middle of road. So I just rondomly check in google to get nerest tyre shop. And there is few shops and no one is responding. However i manage to contact Hup Sim tyre shop. The man get my contact datails then inform me will reach in a while. In few minutes I received call from the shopper. I give details of my car and location. Just a while he reach there and set everything. The shopper is really kind and humble with smilly face. Easy to deal. Highly recommended.

28.02.2022 I went to this shop to have my car service and replace two front axle tyres. Firstly, I would like to comment on the attitude of the boss, generally informative but could be better if slightly less impatient. I don't feel at all comfortable when people talk to me at the tone of voice which given impression was as if they losing their patience any second. Secondly, the service works can be improved. Although the assistants were helping, fast to complete (3 persons handling), I felt something amiss. So when I came home I open the car bonnet to have a look for peace of mind. I am a female by the way. Although I am not have formal knowledge in car mechanics but I do expect some basics which I learned from past experiences of bringing my car for service. Pictures shown, the engine oil stain quite unsightly and the wiper water not filled, although I have remind kindly help check all the basic necessaries, water etc. I also saw one of assistant carelessly put one 3" greasy stain in the interior of my car which is preventable of did not stuck his hand in through the open driver's side window without looking, the window was left open the whole time during the service works for their convenience, reasonable care should be taken not cause any other trouble for customers. You might think I am expecting alot, or sounded petty but it is just something I learn from the past service experiences with other shops . I remember there was one shop the guy clearly knows how to appreciate customers, I only replaced a normal grade battery, he helped me fill in the wiper tank with soapy water because he saw it was empty without me asking (I didn't realised it was empty) - probably he thought I am female usually don't know to take care of car so he was very thoughtful indeed. One other thing, this is also the first time a shop (i.e. this place) did not readily hand over the balance of the unused engine oil. It was always at 100% rate they will return me the bottle with balance (good for standby in case anyone's car need for emergency top up - oil leak). Overall, today's service at this place just gave me a very unsettling feeling. Is just like saying.. I don't want drive a car with screw or nut loose somewhere. Fast but can improve on other aspects; I'd rather go slow and steady, ensure all need to be done is done attentively, safely. Btw is not like the shop was packed as I go non peak. When I go for car service I observe, I don't sit in one corner playing with my phone. What I observe is not competitive work quality ..sloppiness is really unappealing. One good thing is the boss agree to waive the 1.5% bank charges for paying with credit card, for that I thanked him sincerely. Well, after writing this review, possibility of me returning to this place as customer is very minimal.
