★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for discounted items and we bought some and the environment was nice but staffs aren’t friendly. Whenever ask for a size they would be like not really in good mood to find for us. Maybe it’s CNY and both of them are Chinese and still working. But I always love the shoes here so comfy and worth each penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know how’s the feeling working in retail and goes to fnb when it’s busy or peak hours. On duty was 3 staff, 1chinese guy and 2chinese girls (1serving customers small chubby while 1 is doing cashier tall skinny). From my observation the girl who’s serving kinna rude to customers while I’m choosing what to buy. I approached her and ask politely if there’s a new stock not even a minute she told me that don’t have stock’s and that’s the last peace. But when I’m paying at the cashier the other girl told me that “I will get a new one for you”. And indeed there’s a stock’s and even the chubby girl look at us that her colleague give’s me a new one. Please improve your staff attitude and work ethics. I love to buy Hush Puppies and I love this brand. 5 ⭐️ for Hush Puppies but 3 ⭐️ for the chubby girl staff.
