★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first couldn't really find the entrance to the parking of the building because Waze lead us to the open space parking outside. Then we realized there's another turning to the back of the building leading us to the carpark. With the current COVID-19 SOP, the staff really take it seriously and make sure everyone's status is low risk in Mysejahtera app. The food overall is nice. Find the menu is quite unique compare to those typical wedding dinner menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice place to have a reunion dinner or any function. The place is grand and clean. The food was superb too. It is not open for individual table on normal day except for during Chinese new year season

1. This place has ample of parking.
2. There were 3 wedding dinners being held at the same place and the food still tasted ok.
3. The ballroom design is grand and suitable for wedding dinners. No pillars in between.
4. Clean toilets even though the venue was packed
5. Wheelchair friendly (including easy access to stage)
Needs improvement:
1. There are only 2 lifts.
2. Lift capacity has issue. Even though it claims to be able to hold 15 people in the lift, the overload alarm came on when there were only 8 small sized people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge hall with ample parking space. Perfect for holding an annual event and/or wedding event.
The hall can transform in size since they have moveable walls. It has 3 different size configuration and should be perfect for any occasion.
The decoration is up to date and modern looking. There's stage up front with two huge LED display on the side to display any media while the event is on.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They will try to cater request made.
Clean toilet. Has both tissue and water hose.
Spacious and nice smoking area for smokers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok. The iberico ribs were nice (can’t go really wrong with that) but a tad too salty. Recommend you to down it with a beer. Other dishes were really just ok.
If you take the biggest hall with the huge stage - yes the stage is pretty amazing with the fireworks, stage lift.
My biggest issue was the service. Did not change plates, did not automatically refill tea for guests. Ask waiters to change plate, they forget to come back with one. Got our own wedding favours to place on the table per person, they only did it for a few tables. the leftover? nowhere to be found.
The location is ok. But is just sad that ICC pudu themselves have such a slow lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A whole different world from the external view vs internal view. Location was not perceived as upscale as it's positioned exactly at the same spot with ICC - a morning market.
However, it's a good place for wedding banquet as it has generous amount of parking spots and easy navigation too. Besides, parking is flat at RM4 which is a plus point.
As it's a wedding dinner, food has been decided by the host. Overall, typical menu selection and food quality and taste was OK.
The service was really good and waiters and waitresses were very attentive despite the fact they're young. It seems like they've been trained well, hence good job. The whole interior design of the ballroom is very nice and looked grand with chandelier and such.
It would be even better if they can put more monitors/ TV on the side of the room instead of just 1 big monitor in front. Those from the back can't really see what's shown on the front.
